Training
Teacher development is a central part of my work: I design and lead professional development sessions for fellow teachers, and I keep developing my own practice through training programmes, conferences and webinars.
Workshops and sessions I have led
- Canva for four-skills ELT: an 80-minute professional development workshop for Teaching Fellows at the Asian University for Women, with a full facilitator kit, handouts and ready-to-use Canva templates.
- AI-integrated gamified tasks for EFL learner engagement (the P.L.A.Y. framework): co-presented at the EWU-BELTA Conference 2026.
Initiatives
- Member of the Shadow Teaching initiative at the Asian University for Women.
- Co-founder of JAAMIR, which runs a nationwide online book reading competition and publishes JMAG, an ISSN-registered online magazine.
