| Sweet Bakarkhani |
I was introduced to Bakarkhani at Old Dhaka when I was a student of bachelor's in Jagannath University, Dhaka. In the hostel, near to Kolta Bazar I used to live, there are several specialized Bakarkhani shops. I often passed by those shops and asked myself what were they. One day, I asked to meet my curiosity and bought some. While I was eating them I was talking to myself, "This is not a biscuit and not a bread; This is not so sweet and not so sour. What is it?... It's Bakarkhani, bro."
I bought some Sweet and Sour Bakarkhanis from Akran, Ashulia. My daughter is loving them.
